Returns & Refund

Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only before shipping or production. Full refund for timely cancellations; no cancellations after shipping.

Returns (if applicable)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with receipt/proof of purchase. Do not send to manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will email you once we receive and inspect your return, notifying you of refund approval/rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 1–5 days, credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If no refund is received: check bank account, contact credit card company, then bank. If still missing, email marketing@giftnowy.com.
