We process orders Monday through Friday. Every order will be handled within 3–5 days of being placed and shipped the following day once processing is complete.
Our shipping timeframe is approximately 10 to 15 days, so we kindly ask for your patience as we update your logistics status.
A number of our products are purely handmade. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we need 1–2 weeks to manufacture these items, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and extra time to clear your package, which may lengthen the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier company. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, meaning your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
